2. SCHEDULE.md: "House Cleaners" entry uses non-standard format. Line reads `- House Cleaners April 7 5:30pm` instead of the `YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM -- description` format used by all other entries. Morning brief parser may not pick it up.

1. All 11 pre-audit checks passed (0 errors, 0 warnings). Gateway running, IMAP OK, watchdog OK, cron clean, no log errors.
2. MEMORY.md at 122 words -- well under 400-word cap. Healthy.
3. 33 unread blogwatcher articles -- informational, no action needed.
4. 48 git commits today (v326-v335). Major work: Hellbot verification systems (audit.py, integrity.py, txlog.py), $HINV command, $HIST command, AutoAudit refactor to read-only + pre_audit.py, ATS datetime detection, paper trader P/L reporting.

9. All scripts validated: send-todo.sh paths correct, group IDs match MEMORY.md. triage.py, triage-proton.py, triage-krspamgang (via LaunchAgent) all present. watchdog.sh present and correct.
10. Cross-file consistency: Signal group IDs match across MEMORY.md, send-todo.sh, triage scripts. $ACC→$BACC rename fully propagated (CL.md, INDEX.md updated; old ACC.md removed). References in ACTIVITY.md and SYNC.md are historical log entries, not stale refs.
11. Several projects moved to COMPLETE since last audit: remote-access, backup-power, model-switch-outage, personal-banking-analysis, reddit-upgrades, queue-backlog. Good housekeeping.
12. Daily log "Items for MEMORY.md" section is a new pattern where Ghost explicitly flags what should be persisted. Working as designed -- awaiting confirmation.
